Shipping & Returns
We offer free worldwide shipping for all orders over AUD $95.00. A flat rate of $10 for deliveries within Australia and $20 for international deliveries will be applied at checkout for orders under $95.00.
We ship orders from our base in Melbourne. As such, we allow for a 2 to 10 business day delivery period once an order is placed. We can ship to virtually any address in the world.
We use StarTrack and DHL as reputable shipping agencies and all items will be fully traceable once shipped. We like to provide our customers with fast and reliable international shipping. As such, we take responsibility for StarTrack and DHL’s premium express services when shipping out all items.
Please note that we cannot ship to post office boxes as such we require a street or business address. International orders also require someone to be available to sign for your package.
You should be aware that all countries have different laws regarding the importation of certain products. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges and are unable to provide estimates of import cost as they differ widely from country to country. Please note that understanding such import restrictions and the payment of any associated costs is considered the responsibility of the purchaser/receiver. We recommend you contact your local customs office for current charges before placing your order or visiting duty calculation websites such as www.dutycalculator.com.
Most countries have a value threshold on imports before they start charging duty. For example, the Australian Government charges duty, GST and various administration fees on all imports valued over AUD$1,000. Below are some value thresholds for other destinations. Please note that these values are provided in US dollars and were valid as of May 2015. These values are always subject to change and should be checked before placing an order.

RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY
We offer exchanges and credit notes as we want you to be happy with your purchases. Our credit notes are also valid for 12 months and can be redeemed online OR through Mister Zimi shops in Australia.
Please choose carefully as Mister Zimi is unable to provide refunds unless an item is faulty. If you are unsure about fit or if you have any other questions, please contact email@example.com or call us on (03) 95762645 for help making your purchase. We will always be happy to help you out.
Requests for exchange must be made within 7 days of receiving your order via email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Returns will only be accepted if items are returned unworn, with the original sale tags attached and in the condition that they were received.
Please note that we are unable to offer returns or exchanges on sale items, unless an item is faulty.
We ask that returned items be shipped via express or registered mail to our Australian mailing address as below. Alternatively you can exchange your online order at one of our boutiques.

Mister Zimi takes responsibility for the shipping costs associated with returning incorrect or defective items only. All other shipping costs associated with the return and/or exchange of items is considered the responsibility of the customer.
