Try Before You Buy
We’ll place an authorisation hold on your card for the order total, this appears as a pending transaction, but you won’t be charged unless you decide to keep something after your 3-day trial.
The key benefit is that the hold is released much faster than a full refund, in some cases, almost instantly depending on your bank.
You have 3 days from delivery to decide. Returns are quick and easy.
Try Before You Buy is available on items in our Try Before You Buy collection only. Some pieces like pre-orders or best sellers may be excluded. We allow a maximum of 4 items as Try Before You Buy.

Try With Mirra allows you to try items at home before you pay. You’ll check out with a $0 charge using your credit card, and only pay for what you choose to keep.
A temporary hold will be placed on your card for the value of the order during your trial period. Once you decide what you’re keeping (and return the rest), the hold is either released or the correct amount is charged.
Customers must complete their order within the trial window and return any unwanted items in original condition to avoid being charged in full.

Customers must complete their order within the trial window from with the Mirra Customer Portal. You will receive an email and SMS linking to the portal. At this stage Try with Mirra orders cannot be returned in store.
