Social Media & Partnerships Coordinator

We have an exciting opportunity for a Social Media & Partnerships Coordinator to join our growing Marketing team, reporting to our Social Media Marketing Manager.

This role will be responsible for driving influencer marketing across all channels, including, brand ambassadors and managing relationships with content creators as well as providing support to the wider marketing team. 

At Mister Zimi, we prioritise and invest in content, so this will be a fun position with lots of variety and experience to gain. You will need to be proficient in using social media platforms, including Tik Tok, Instagram, Facebook and YouTube.

About The Role: 

More specifically, your week will include the following activities;

  • Influencer outreach - Establishing relationships with up-and-coming social media influencers and manage PR gifting orders
  • Keeping up to date with current trends to brief to influencers
  • Monitoring and reporting on influencer posts and performance to Social Media Manager
  • Selecting talent for marketing focus areas and influencer edits
  • Developing content ideas and creating/curating/captioning and scheduling content in aesthetic way to engage target audience
  • Research relevant industry experts, competitors, target audience and users
  • Tracking competitor activity and reporting back to the wider team
  • Assisting with collating samples for campaign & content shoots
  • Assisting Social Media Manager with photoshoot production and planning for Social Media Channels
  • Downloading media from influencers and ensuring they are renamed and filed correctly
  • Assisting with new influencer talent ideas both in domestic and international markets
  • Highlighting content gaps for seasonal and monthly launches and providing feedback on social channel requirements
  • Contributing to marketing meetings with content recommendations for social channels and assisting in the execution of the marketing calendar 
  • Filming and editing video content on CapCut for social channels

Key Internal Relationships:

Reporting directly to the Social Media Manager.

    About You:

    • Demonstrates a strong understanding of the Mister Zimi Brand aesthetic, tone and audience
    • A strong understanding of the purpose of Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest and TikTok 
    • Prior experience with social media scheduling platforms ideal
    • Prior experience with CapCut video editor ideal but not required
    • Strong knowledge of the Australian women’s fashion landscape
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
    • Extremely well organised and efficient with excellent time management skills
    • High attention to detail
    • Ability to work within a team and adhere to tight deadlines
