Position Purpose:
We have an exciting opportunity for a multidisciplinary Marketing and Content Coordinator to join our team at our Byron Bay, HQ. Working alongside the Marketing team and reporting to the Marketing Director, the Marketing and Content Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating and implementing the monthly marketing calendar, assisting the team with content production, social media and crafting messaging, in order to drive growth, and engagement and elevation across the brand. This role will be full time, with daily contact in the office and a requirement for flexible out of hours time spent managing the publishing and community management.

Responsibilities:

Assist in the development and execution of the monthly content plan that supports the broader marketing calendar

Assist the Marketing Team with locations, submitting permits, product samples.

Assist the Marketing team with and other business imperatives
planning and executing photoshoots: scouting creating call sheets, style guides and managing seasonal launch plan executions, supporting the team on all subsequent deliverables -
Assist the Marketing team in planning and executing the social media calendar across all channels (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook). Including copy, image curation and content creation across channels

Publishing content and managing related communications at the optimal engagement times, typically falling outside of business hours

Research and outreach to local influencers in line with the social media strategy and coordinating and managing all influencer partnerships and strategies

Assist with briefing in campaigns & creative jobs to the design team (web, eDMs, retail/VM etc)

Ad-hoc marketing responsibilities, including various administrative and budget maintenance

Create monthly marketing reports analysing socials & retail campaign performance

Undertake research to help identify marketing trends and key opportunities
Qualifications and Experience / Background:
-
Up to 2 years of industry experience
-
Experience in Adobe Creative Suite or Canva preferred not essential
-
Proficient in Microsoft applications and Google Suite
-
Drivers License
