If your item is faulty please email online@misterzimi.com with a photo of the fault.

Due to a high volume of orders during our sale period, it may take longer than usual for all Warehouse Sale orders to be dispatched. Please allow extra time as there may be shipping delays during peak sale periods, we thank you for your patience.

Full-priced Mister Zimi orders will be prioritised, as they are fulfilled from a different dispatch.

All orders are dispatched from our Mister Zimi HQ in Melbourne, Australia. Parcels will be left at your address if deemed safe by the delivery driver. If you require a signature on delivery, please contact us to arrange this.
