Please note the following terms & conditions apply to all sales made during our online warehouse sale.
Due to a high volume of orders during our sale period, it may take longer than usual for all Warehouse Sale orders to be dispatched. Please allow extra time as there may be shipping delays during peak sale periods. Full-priced Mister Zimi orders will be prioritised, as they are fulfilled by a different dispatch team.
To track the arrival date of your Warehouse Sale order, please log in and visit your Order Status Page. We’ll keep you updated via email as your order is processed. Be sure to check your inbox for progress updates on your new Zimi!
Customers are encouraged to double-check their orders and delivery details before checking out, as modifications or cancellations cannot be made after the order is placed.
All Warehouse Sale items are Final Sale. These products cannot be returned for refund, store credit or exchange unless faulty.

All orders are dispatched from our Mister Zimi HQ in Melbourne, Australia. Parcels will be left at your address if deemed safe by the delivery driver. If you require a signature on delivery, please contact us to arrange this.
