Items marked Final Sale - All sales are FINAL. No returns, exchanges, or refunds will be provided for items purchased during the Black Friday Sale (including size changes), unless the item is deemed faulty by our Customer Care team. If your item is faulty, please email an image of the fault to online@misterzimi.com for review.
Other selected items are eligible for exchange and store credit returns only. This will be evident on the product page.
Due to a high volume of orders during our sale period, it may take longer than usual for all Warehouse Sale orders to be dispatched. Please allow extra time as there may be shipping delays during peak sale periods, we thank you for your patience.
Full-priced Mister Zimi orders will be prioritised, as they are fulfilled from a different dispatch.

Orders for Australia, New Zealand, the United Kingdom and Singapore are dispatched from our Mister Zimi HQ in Melbourne, Australia. Parcels will be left at your address if deemed safe by the delivery driver. If you require a signature on delivery, please contact us to arrange this.

No. Black Friday Sale discounts cannot be combined with any other promotions or discounts. This includes our welcome 10% off offer.
AU,NZ,US,UK and SG customers can shop the Mister Zimi Black Friday Sale exclusively at misterzimi.com/black-friday. Black Friday Sale items are not available in boutiques or for other international markets.
