Free Returns
Simply lodge a return via our returns portal here. Select the full-priced swimwear or sunglasses you’d like to return, along with any additional items, and the shipping fee will be waived from your return.
Purchase full-priced Mister Zimi sunglasses or swimwear and lodge your return within 15 days of receiving your order. This promotion is only available to customers receiving and returning orders to Australian addresses.
You will still be eligible for free returns, as long as your returned parcel contains full-priced sunglasses or swimwear.
Sunglasses must be returned in new and unused condition with all protective and product packaging intact, such as the sunglass pouch and box.

Swimwear must be tried on with underwear and returned with the adhesive strip in place. In the interests of hygiene, returns may not be accepted if this strip has been removed or if it is obvious the items have been worn, and they may be sent back to the customer.
