We’re on the lookout for a Social & Content Coordinator to join our growing Marketing team at Mister Zimi. This role is made for a creatively curious person who lives and breathes content, loves a good caption, and gets excited by what’s trending (and what’s coming next).
You’ll be right in the thick of it, supporting influencer programs, content creation, community listening and the day-to-day running of our social channels across Instagram, TikTok and Facebook. Key Responsibilities:
Influencer & Partnerships Support
- Support influencer outreach by identifying emerging talent and helping build genuine, long-term creator relationships.
- Assist with PR gifting orders and support broader PR initiatives.
- Monitor Gifting Platform and flag incomplete influencer collaborations to the Social & Partnerships Specialist.
- Track and report on influencer posts, performance metrics and trends to the Brand Manager.
- Assist with talent selection for key marketing priorities, influencer edits and seasonal campaigns.
- Download influencer content, rename files accurately and file assets in the correct content libraries.
- Contribute ideas for new influencer talent and partnerships across both domestic and international markets.
Content Creation & Social Execution
- Ideate, create, curate, caption and schedule content that feels distinctly Zimi and visually strong.
- Film and edit short-form video content for social channels using CapCut.
- Create Instagram stories aligned with our content calendar and product priorities.
- Source trending audio for Reels and TikToks, keeping a close eye on visual and audio trends.
- Upload daily content across all social channels.
- Identify content gaps for seasonal and monthly launches and share ideas to improve social performance.
- Support the Social and Brand Team with photoshoot planning, production and sample coordination.
- Assist with research into industry experts, competitors, target audiences and cultural shifts.
Community Listening & Daily Admin
- Check platform notifications daily and escalate insights or opportunities to the Brand Manager.
- Provide social listening feedback to inform brand tone, content direction and audience strategy.
- Track competitor activity and collate insights for the wider marketing team.
Key Skills, Competencies & Attributes
Skills & Experience
- A strong understanding of the Mister Zimi brand, aesthetic and audience.
- Confidence using Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest and YouTube, with a clear understanding of how each platform works.

Experience using social media scheduling tools (ideal).
Familiarity with CapCut or similar editing apps (ideal but not essential). - Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
