All orders to the USA are shipped from our Warehouse in Dallas, TX via DHL eCommerce

Orders under $150 USD incur a $4.95 USD shipping fee

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
All orders are sent from our Mister Zimi HQ located in the Gold Coast, Queensland, Australia. We aim to process all orders within one business day and ship orders placed before midday AEST/AEDT same day
- All orders are shipped from Queensland, Australia via Fedex or DHL Express
- We offer Free Express Shipping for all orders over $150 USD
- Orders under $150 USD have a flat $20 USD shipping rate
- Any Duties and Taxes payable on International Orders are the responsibility of the recipient and Mister Zimi has no control over these costs
- Signature upon delivery is required

International Orders: Duties and taxes paid at checkout are non-refundable, even in the case of returns or exchanges. These charges are collected by your local government and are not controlled by Mister Zimi.
PRE-ORDERS
From time to time, selected styles may be available for purchase on pre-order. Where an item is available on pre-order, the estimated Ships From date will be clearly displayed on the product page and included in your order confirmation email.
If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, your order may be held and shipped together once all items are available. If split shipments are required, additional shipping charges may apply.
Please note that pre-order delivery dates are estimates only and may occasionally change due to production or freight delays beyond our control.
CROSS-DOCK ORDERS
While the majority of USA orders are fulfilled from our Dallas, Texas warehouse, there may be occasions where an item is unavailable in our US warehouse.
In these cases, your order (or part of your order) may be shipped from our Gold Coast, Australia warehouse via our cross-dock process.
Orders shipped via cross-dock are first imported into Texas before being delivered domestically within the United States. This process allows Mister Zimi to continue offering transparent pricing with duties included.
Please allow approximately 10–14 business days for delivery of cross-dock items.
Where a cross-dock shipment applies:
- Duties remain included in the purchase price
- No additional customs charges will be payable on delivery
- Tracking updates may take longer to appear while the shipment clears customs and is processed through our US distribution network
If your order contains a mix of US warehouse and cross-dock items, products may arrive separately.
We aim to process all orders within 1 business day and ship orders placed before midday AEST/AEDT the same day. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking information
Once your order is shipped you will receive an email notification with your tracking information included. Your tracking number may require 12 hours to begin to show further scans in transit. If your order has been dispatched but you are unable to find your tracking information please contact our Customer Care team who will assist you further
If you wish to cancel or make changes to your order, please contact us as soon as possible.
We’ll do our best to accommodate your request, though our automated warehouse process means this may not always be possible.
In some cases, we can add additional items or merge multiple orders into one shipment, depending on what stage your order is at. For these options to be available, it’s essential that you reach out to us immediately.

International orders are shipped via DHL Express. Once your order is shipped you will receive an email notification with your DHL tracking information included. Your tracking number may require 12 hours to begin to show further scans. Mister Zimi does not accept cheques, cash, money orders, or orders taken over the phone. Only one method of payment can be accepted per order, with the exception of Zimi gift cards or store credits.
