Free Standard Shipping is available on orders over $150 USD
Orders under $150 USD incur a $4.95 USD shipping fee

All orders are sent from our Mister Zimi HQ in Melbourne, Australia. We aim to process all orders within one business day and ship orders placed before midday AEST/AEDT same day
International Shipping
- All orders are shipped from Melbourne, Australia via Fedex or DHL Express
- We offer Free Express Shipping for all orders over $150 USD
- Orders under $150 USD have a flat $20 USD shipping rate
- Any Duties and Taxes payable on International Orders are the responsibility of the recipient and Mister Zimi has no control over these costs
- Signature upon delivery is required

Duties and taxes paid at checkout are non-refundable, even in the case of returns or exchanges. These charges are collected by your local government and are not controlled by Mister Zimi.

If your order has been dispatched but you are unable to find your tracking information please contact our Customer Care team who will assist you further

We’ll do our best to accommodate your request, though our automated warehouse process means this may not always be possible.
In some cases, we can add additional items or merge multiple orders into one shipment, depending on what stage your order is at. For these options to be available, it’s essential that you reach out to us immediately.

AfterPay allows you to complete (and receive!) your purchase now and make equal fortnightly payments directly to AfterPay.
Purchases can be made using AfterPay for values up to $1,200 AUD.
