ORDER PROCESSING
Our team are standing by to pick and pack your order at a moments notice
- We aim to process all orders within one business day and ship orders placed before midday AEST/AEDT same day
- During promotional periods, please allow an additional 2-3 days for your order to be picked, packed and dispatched. Once your order has left the warehouse, you will receive a notification with tracking details

All orders are sent from our Mister Zimi HQ in Melbourne, Australia
Within Australia
- Orders under $150 AUD have a flat $10 AUD Express Shipping rate
- We offer Free Express Shipping for all orders over $150 AUD
- Orders are sent via Express Shipping and once shipped, typically arrive next business day
- Parcels will be left at your address if deemed safe by the delivery driver. If you require a signature upon delivery please contact us
- We have partnered with Rendr to offer customers in Melbourne Metro a Same Day Delivery service. Price is subject to your postcode and is calculated at checkout. You must be available to receive and sign for your delivery, otherwise it will be returned to us
United States of America
- All orders to the USA are shipped from Melbourne, Australia via Fedex
- We offer Free Express Shipping for all orders over $150 USD
- Orders under $150 USD have a $20 USD shipping rate
- All orders to the USA are delivered with all Duties and Taxes paid
- All orders require a signature on delivery
New Zealand
- All orders to New Zealand are shipped from Melbourne, Australia via Fedex
- We offer Free Express Shipping for all orders over $270 NZD
- Orders under $270 NZD have a flat $15 NZD shipping rate
- All orders to NZ are delivered with all Duties and Taxes paid
- All orders require a signature upon delivery
Singapore
- All orders are shipped from Melbourne, Australia via DHL Express
- We offer Free Express Shipping for all orders over $300 SGD
- Orders under $300 SGD have a flat $30 SGD shipping rate
- All orders to Singapore are delivered with all Duties and Taxes paid
- All orders require a signature on delivery
Hong Kong
- All orders are shipped from Melbourne, Australia via DHL Express
- We offer Free Express Shipping for all orders over $1800 HKD
- Orders under $1800 HKD have a flat $180 HKD shipping rate
- All orders require a signature on delivery
International Shipping
- All orders are shipped from Melbourne, Australia via Fedex or DHL Express
- We offer Free Express Shipping for all orders over $150 USD
- Orders under $150 USD have a flat $20 USD shipping rate
- Any Duties and Taxes payable on International Orders are the responsibility of the recipient and Mister Zimi has no control over these costs
- Signature upon delivery is required

Once your order is shipped you will receive an email notification with your tracking information included. Your tracking number may require 12 hours to begin to show further scans in transit. If your order has been dispatched but you are unable to find your tracking information please contact our Customer Care team who will assist you further
If you wish to cancel or change your order please contact us immediately. We will make every effort to accommodate your request however due to our automated warehouse process this may not always be possible. Please note that we are unable to add additional items to an existing order or merge multiple orders into one shipment. Contact Customer Care or reach out via chat with your order number and change request and we'll do all that we can to assist
International orders are shipped via DHL Express. Once your order is shipped you will receive an email notification with your DHL tracking information included. Your tracking number may require 12 hours to begin to show further scans. If your order has been dispatched but you are unable to find your tracking information please reach out to our Customer Care team will assist you further.
Mister Zimi Online accepts the following payment methods:

Mister Zimi does not accept cheques, cash, money orders, or orders taken over the phone. Only one method of payment can be accepted per order, with the exception of Zimi gift cards or store credits.
AfterPay allows you to complete (and receive!) your purchase now and make equal fortnightly payments directly to AfterPay.
Purchases can be made using AfterPay for values up to $1,200 AUD.
AfterPay customers must be over 18 years of age, have an Australian residential address and have a debit or credit card.
