Placing an Order
Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase. Acceptance occurs only when your order is dispatched. We may refuse or cancel orders due to stock availability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, payment verification failure, delivery restrictions or suspected commercial resale. We may verify the authenticity of any order before dispatch.
Payment

By submitting content, you grant Mister Zimi a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable licence to use, reproduce, modify, publish, display, distribute and create derivative works from your Submissions in any media without further notice or compensation, unless otherwise required by law.
By participating in surveys, competitions, promotions or requesting promotional information, you agree that Mister Zimi may collect and use your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy for marketing, customer research, product development and promotional purposes.
Nothing in this clause affects any rights you may have under applicable privacy, consumer protection or intellectual property laws.

These terms cover the free Zimi market bag, the beach towel gift with purchase and the July luggage set draw at Mister Zimi Bondi and Mister Zimi Mosman on Saturday 31 October 2026. By taking part, you agree to these terms.General
- The promotion runs in store only, at Mister Zimi Bondi, [Shop 1, 79 Gould Street, Bondi Beach, 2026], and Mister Zimi Mosman, [Shop 1, 732 Military Road, Mosman, NSW, 2088].
- The promotion period starts when each store opens on Saturday 31 October 2026 and ends when each store closes.
- The promotion does not apply to online orders, other Mister Zimi stores
Free Zimi market bag
- The first 50 customers to make a purchase at each store during the promotion period receive one free Zimi market bag.
- One bag per customer, while stocks last.
- The bag cannot be exchanged for cash or other products.
Gift with purchase: beach towel
- Customers who spend $300 or more in a single transaction during the promotion period receive one Beach Towel In Paxi, while stocks last.
- The $300 is the amount paid after any discounts and excludes gift card purchases.

July luggage set draw
Who can enter
- Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 or over.
- Employees of Mister Zimi and of agencies involved in the promotion, and their immediate families, cannot enter.
How to enter
- Enter by signing up on the in-store iPad at Mister Zimi Bondi or Mister Zimi Mosman during the promotion period, giving your name, email address and mobile number.
- Each person can sign up once, for one entry.
- Each person who has signed up and makes a purchase at either store during the promotion period is a valid entry.
- Entries close on Sunday 1 November 2026.
Prize
- One winner receives one July luggage set, valued at $940 RRP
- The prize cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash.
Draw and winner
- One winner will be drawn at random from all valid entries across both stores at 12pm AEDT on Monday 2 November 2026
- The winner will be contacted by phone and email by Wednesday 4 November 2026.
- The winner must respond by 5pm AEDT on Monday 16 November 2026 to claim the prize. The prize can be collected from the store where they entered, or sent to an Australian address at no cost.
- If the prize is not claimed by then, a redraw will take place at 12pm AEDT on Tuesday 17 November 2026 at the same address, and the new winner will be contacted by phone and email by Thursday 19 November 2026.
Win a Wardrobe and July Luggage Set Competition Terms and Conditions
1. Promoter The promoter is Mister Zimi Pty Ltd (ABN 18 164 444 437) (“Promoter”).
2. Promotion Period The competition opens on 29 October 2026 and closes at 12:00 pm AEDT on 13 November 2026 (“Promotion Period”). Entries received outside this period will not be eligible.
3. Eligibility Entry is open to residents of Australia and the United States aged 18 years or over at the time of entry. Employees of the Promoter and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.
4. How to Enter No purchase is necessary to enter or win.To enter, eligible participants must complete and submit the competition entry form at www.misterzimi.com or www.us.misterzimi.com during the Promotion Period and answer the following question in 25 words or less:“In 25 words or less, tell us where you’d take your Mister Zimi gift card and July luggage set.”Only one entry per person is permitted. Multiple entries from the same person may be disqualified. Entries must be complete, accurate, original and submitted in accordance with these Terms & Conditions to be eligible. Entries must be the entrant’s own original work and must not infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party.
5. Game of Skill and Judging This competition is a game of skill. Chance plays no part in determining the winner.All valid entries received during the Promotion Period will be individually assessed by a judging panel appointed by the Promoter. The panel will select one (1) winner based on the merits of their response.Entries will be judged against the following equally weighted criteria:
- Creativity and originality.
- Relevance to the competition question and the Mister Zimi brand.
- Clarity and quality of expression.
The entry judged to be the strongest overall against these criteria will be selected as the winner. The judging panel’s decision will be final, subject to applicable law.If two or more entries are considered equal, the judging panel will reassess those entries against the same criteria and select the entry demonstrating the highest overall merit. No random draw or element of chance will be used to determine the winner.
6. The Prize There will be one (1) winner who will receive the following prize package:
- One (1) Mister Zimi gift card valued at AUD $1,000.
- (1) July Checked Plus Expandable with CaseSafe™ in Dark Brown (1) July Carry On with CaseSafe™ in Dark Brown (1) July Paper Plane Luggage Tag in Blush Pink valued at AUD $1,005.
The total stated prize pool is AUD $2,005.The Mister Zimi gift card will be emailed to the winner and is subject to the applicable gift card terms and conditions.The July luggage prize has been pre-purchased by the Promoter. The prize is offered as described and cannot be customised or modified at the winner’s request.The prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash, except where required by law.
7. Winner Notification and Prize Claim The winner will be notified by email and SMS using the contact details provided at entry. The winner must respond and claim the prize within seven (7) days of notification.If the winner does not claim the prize within this period, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner from the remaining valid entries. The alternative winner will be determined by reassessing the remaining eligible entries in accordance with the judging criteria in clause 5. No random draw will be conducted.The Promoter may request proof of identity, age and residency before awarding the prize.
8. Prize Delivery The AUD $1,000 Mister Zimi gift card will be emailed to the winner.The July luggage set and luggage tag will be posted to the winner by the Promoter at an address nominated by the winner in Australia or the United States, subject to delivery availability.The July luggage prize is pre-purchased and cannot be customised. No alternative colours, styles or product substitutions may be requested by the winner, except where required by law.Any applicable customs duties, import taxes or other charges will be communicated to the winner where relevant.The Promoter is not responsible for delivery delays caused by third-party delivery providers, customs authorities or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
9. General Conditions The Promoter reserves the right to verify entries and disqualify any entrant who breaches these Terms & Conditions, submits fraudulent information or tampers with the entry process. Entries that are incomplete, illegible, offensive, unlawful, infringing or otherwise inconsistent with these Terms & Conditions may be deemed invalid at the Promoter’s discretion.If the competition cannot be conducted as reasonably anticipated due to circumstances beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control, the Promoter may amend, suspend or cancel the competition where permitted by law and subject to any required regulatory approval.Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable consumer protection laws.
10. Privacy Personal information collected in connection with this competition will be used to administer the competition, verify eligibility, contact the winner and arrange prize fulfilment. Personal information will be handled in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy, available at https://misterzimi.com/pages/privacy-policy. Entrants should refer to the Privacy Policy for further information about how their personal information is collected, used, disclosed and handled.
11. Third-Party Disclaimer July & Co Pty Ltd, trading as July, is not the promoter or administrator of this competition and is not responsible for its conduct. July’s inclusion in the prize description does not imply that July has sponsored, endorsed or administered the competition.
12. Governing Law This competition is governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and is subject to applicable laws and regulations in the jurisdictions in which it is offered. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits any rights participants may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
