Returns

We want you to absolutely love your new Zimi! If your new item is not quite right we have the following return options available in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law:

  • All Full Price Items can be returned for either an exchange, refund or store credit.
  • End Of Season Sale items and Items purchased during promotional periods can be returned for a store credit or exchange only. 
  • The shipping cost to return an order is payable by the customer.
  • Online orders are only able to be returned to our warehouse. Unfortunately, our retail stores cannot process returns or exchanges for online orders. 

Return Conditions

  • Your return is initiated within 15 days of receiving your order (15 days after purchase for in-store purchases)
  • Your return is sent back within 7 days of being approved
  • Item(s) are in original condition (unworn and unwashed with all tags attached)
  • Return authorisation has been approved via email
  • The shipping cost to return item(s) is payable by the customer

Mister Zimi reserves the right to deny a return if it does not meet the conditions above.

Submitting a Return

Australia / Domestic Returns

  • Please submit your return request via our Returns Portal and follow the prompts.
  • Shipping label is payable by the customer.
  • Flat rate of AUD $10 return.
  • Fully insured and traceable on our end 
  • While in the portal, if your label isn’t printing or showing an error, please double check your details (this may be due to a simple spelling error, mismatching postcode or missing digits).
  • Once your request has been approved, use the return shipping label provided to send the item(s) back to us at the below address:

USA Returns

  • Please submit your return request via our Returns Portal and follow the prompts.
  • Shipping label is payable by the customer.
  • Flat rate of USD $10 return ($14 AUD). 
  • Fully insured and traceable on our end. 
  • While in the portal, if your label isn’t printing or showing an error, please double check your details (this may be due to a simple spelling error, mismatching postcode or missing digits).
  • Once your request has been approved, use the return shipping label provided to send the item(s) back to us via our USA Returns Consolidation address below:

Rest of the World Returns 

  • Please submit your return request via our Returns Portal and follow the prompts.
  • For International returns, you will be responsible for shipping and handling charges to return any unwanted items.
  • Mister Zimi will not be responsible for goods damaged or lost in transit. We recommend sending via a traceable method for peace of mind and to retain proof of postage until you have received confirmation that your return has been processed.
  • Once approved, send the item(s) back to us with a copy of your approval email, or a clear reference to your order number to the address below:

Please ensure you use a protective bag and a registered/traceable form of postage as Mister Zimi will not be responsible for goods that are damaged or lost in transit.

You will receive an email notification once your return is received and processed. Store Credits and Refunds are issued instantly on our end, but refunds can sometimes take up to 15 business days to be processed by your bank.
