STANDARD RETURNS POLICY

We want you to love every single Mister Zimi piece, so if your new purchase isn't quite right we offer the below flexible returns policy:

  • Return requests must be lodged 15 days of receiving your order and posted within 10 days of your return being submitted
  • Returns can be made in any of our Australian Boutiques, no lodgement is required. Simply pop in with your order and our lovely team will take care of the rest!
  • Full-price items can be returned for a refund, exchange or store credit
  • Full-price items on Promotion or with a Welcome Discount Code can be returned for a refund, exchange or store credit
  • Sale items can be returned for an exchange or store credit only, unless otherwise noted on the product page or in the unlikely event your item is faulty.
  • Item(s) must be in original condition (unworn and unwashed with all tags attached)
  • Swimwear must be tried on with underwear and returned with the adhesive strip in place. In the interests of hygiene, returns may not be accepted if this strip has been removed or where it is obvious the items have been worn and may be sent back to the customer
  • Zimi Eyewear must be returned in new and unused condition with all protective and product packaging intact, such as sunglass pouch and box.
  • You must provide valid proof of purchase (e.g. a receipt, online order confirmation or credit or debit card statement)
  • We offer flat-rate return costs within Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, The United Kingdom, and the United States. For returns of orders outside of these countries, the shipping cost to return item(s) is payable by the customer. 

Mister Zimi reserves the right to deny a change of mind return if it does not meet the above conditions.

End Of Season/Past Season Sale items can be returned for a store credit or exchange only, subject to the conditions below. Mister Zimi reserves the right to deny a change of mind return if it does not meet the following conditions:

You must provide valid proof of purchase (e.g. a receipt or credit or debit card statement)

Your return is initiated within 15 days of you receiving your online order, or 15 days after purchase for in-store purchases

Return authorisation has been approved via the online returns portal

Your return is sent back within 10 days of being approved by Mister Zimi

Item(s) are in original condition (unworn and unwashed with all tags attached)

Swimwear must be tried on with underwear and returned with the adhesive strip in place. In the interests of hygiene, returns may not be accepted if this strip has been removed or where it is obvious the items have been worn and may be sent back to the customer

Zimi Eyewear must be returned in new and unused condition with all protective and product packaging intact, such as sunglass pouch and box.

For the return of orders placed outside of these dates or from other countries, the shipping cost to return item(s) is payable by you

Please note: Refundid Instant Refunds are not available on orders that contain Sale Items.

  • There is a return shipping fee of $10 AUD for all Returns and Exchanges

  • For all approved faulty returns within Australia, we will waive the return shipping fee
  • Once your return has been lodged, please use the return shipping label provided to return your item/s to our Australian Warehouse.
  • Submit your return request via our Returns Portal and follow the prompts
  • A $10 USD return shipping fee applies to all returns.
  • If your product is faulty, you may submit this via our Returns Portal as a ‘Faulty Item’ or contact us at online@misterzimi.com
  • If our care team approves your return as faulty, we'd love to make it up to you, starting with covering the return shipping fee.
  • Once your return has been lodged, please use the return shipping label provided to return your item/s to our US Warehouse
  • If you're looking to swap the size of your item/s, we offer a size exchange, this is the easiest option for you. Otherwise, you can of course opt for a refund.Looking to swap for a different style or print? Simply proceed with a refund and then place a new order.
  • Submit your return request via our Returns Portal and follow the prompts
  • A $14 NZD return shipping fee applies to all returns.
  • If your product is faulty, you may submit this via our Returns Portal as a ‘Faulty Item’ or contact us at online@misterzimi.com
  • If our care team approve your return as faulty, we'd love to make it up to you, starting with covering the return shipping fee.
  • Once your return has been lodged, please use the return shipping label provided to return your item/s to our returns hub in the NZ
  • If you're looking to swap the size of your item/s, we offer a size exchange, this is the easiest option for you. Otherwise, you can of course opt for a refund.Looking to swap for a different style or print? Simply proceed with a refund and then place a new order.
  • Submit your return request via our Returns Portal and follow the prompts
  • A 15 GBP return shipping fee applies to all returns.
  • If your product is faulty, you may submit this via our Returns Portal as a ‘Faulty Item’ or contact us at online@misterzimi.com
  • For all approved faulty returns within the UK, we will waive the return shipping fee
  • Once your return has been lodged, please use the return shipping label provided to return your item/s to our returns hub in the UK
  • If you're looking to swap size of your item/s, we offer a size exchange, this is the easiest option for you. Otherwise, you can of course opt for a refund.Looking to swap for a different style or print? Simply proceed with a refund and then place a new order.
  • Submit your return request via our Returns Portal and follow the prompts
  • A $25 SGD  return shipping fee applies to all returns.
  • If your product is faulty, you may submit this via our Returns Portal as a ‘Faulty Item’ or contact us at online@misterzimi.com
  • For all approved faulty returns within Singapore, we will waive the return shipping fee
  • Once your return has been lodged, please use the return shipping label provided to return your item/s to our returns hub in Singapore
  • If you're looking to swap the size of your item/s, we offer a size exchange, this is the easiest option for you. Otherwise, you can of course opt for a refund. Looking to swap for a different style or print? Simply proceed with a refund and then place a new order.
  • Please submit your return request via our Returns Portal and follow the prompts
  • Return shipping cost to our warehouse in Melbourne, Australia is to be paid by the customer
  • If your product is faulty, please reach out to us at online@misterzimi.com and our friendly team will work with you to resolve this!
  • Please ensure you use a protective bag and a registered/traceable form of postage as Mister Zimi will not be responsible for goods that are damaged or lost in transit from you to us.
  • Once your return has been approved, your refund will be processed. While we do not offer exchanges, we would love to help you find a piece that could be right for you, please reach out if we can help in any way.

If you are concerned there may be a fault with your item(s), we'd love to make it right.

To help us resolve this for you quickly, please include the following details in your email to our friendly customer care team online@misterzimi

  • Your Order Number
  • Proof Of Payment (e.g. receipt, bank statement)
  • Clear images showing the fault
  • A description of the issue

Once reviewed, our team will let you know of the next steps. If your item is approved at faulty, you will have a few options;

  • Replace the item/s if we have the stock available.
  • Receive a refund for the item/s
  • Repair the item, on us 

Please know items damaged as a result of normal wear and tear, damaged by accident, have not been cared for as outlined by our care guide, or damaged through misuse, will not be considered faulty by our team. Our faulty product return policy only covers products for two years from the date of purchase.

Our returns policy looks a little different for items purchased on sale or during a promotion. Here's what you need to know:

Sale Items including Sale Items with a further discount applied can be returned for an Exchange or Store Credit. If your item is deemed faulty or we have provided you with the incorrect item, please reach out to our friendly team who will be happy to apply our standard returns policy here.

Please know exchanges are subject to stock availability, during a sale period, availability is very limited and the potential of your desired exchange not being available should be considered. Store Credits will be emailed to you once we have processed and approved your Return. Mister Zimi Store Credits are valid for 3 years from the date of issue and can be used either in-store or online.

To have your swim return approved, all swimwear must be tried on with underwear and returned with the adhesive strip in place. For hygiene reasons, returns may not be accepted if this strip has been removed or where it is obvious the items have been worn and may be sent back to the customer.

We allow returns or exchanges on in-store orders within 15 days of your purchase. Items must be returned in their original condition and with tags attached.

Online Orders can be returned to any of our Boutiques. Simply pop in with your order and our lovely team will take care of the rest! 

We do require proof of purchase for any return. If you are having trouble locating your online order or in-store receipt please contact our Customer Care team online@misterzimi.com and we will be able to assist you.

AfterPay purchases can be returned for a full refund, providing your purchase meets our Returns Policy as above. Please note, any in-store AfterPay purchases must be returned in-store to obtain a refund. 

Sale items are only able to be returned for store credit or an exchange.

If you do not have the purchasers Order Numbers / Email Address, our Customer Service team will get back to you with how to lodge your return.

Refunds issued as store credits can be redeemed online or at any Mister Zimi Boutique! All credits are issued via email and valid for 3 years from the date of issue.

When returning your order, Australian customers have the option to use our "SHOP NOW" feature which allows you to spend your available credit from your return instantly! If you chose something of greater value, $10 will be deducted from your exchange order total. If you chose something of the same value or less, the $10 Bonus Credit will not be available.

Our Returns Portaldoes not accept the application of gift cards or discount codes when processing your exchange.

We offer Instant Exchanges for customers shopping from Australia, New Zealand, United Kingdom, Singapore and the USA. This return process enables your exchanged order to ship straight away, without waiting for your return to be received first! To process an Instant Exchange, please select 'Refunds & Exchanges' at the beginning of the returns portal.

Please note customers within Australia can receive an Instant Exchange in any style. For New Zealand, United Kingdom, Singapore and the USA, Instant Exchanges are only available for those looking to directly swap the size of the same item.
