About the Role

About the Role As our Ecommerce & Product Manager, you’ll bring the Everyday Holiday feeling to life online - ensuring our digital world runs smoothly and looks as good as it feels. Working closely with the Head of Ecommerce, you’ll help deliver the brand’s wider sales and ecommerce plan, making sure every product, page, and interaction is seamless, inspiring, and on brand.

This role combines operational excellence with creative collaboration. You’ll manage the daily rhythm of our online store - from product data and site merchandising to cross-team coordination - supporting marketing, creative, and seasonal campaigns to create a world-class customer experience. What You’ll Be Doing

  • Product & Launch Management
  • Manage product imports and enrichment through Airtable (PIM), Indigo 8 (WMS/IMS) and Shopify Plus. 
  • Ensure every item is beautifully represented - accurate, complete, and optimised for conversion. 
  • Coordinate ghosting, photography, and creative asset readiness with the Content & Creative team.
  • Partner with Logistics and Warehouse teams on stock movements, pre-orders, and delivery timelines to keep launches running on island-time precision.
  • Liaise with Marketing and Creative to ensure product assets and campaign moments land perfectly in sync.

Ecommerce Site Experience.

  • Manage onsite merchandising so products are discoverable, inspiring, and true to our brand. 
  • Conduct regular audits across imagery, copy, stock, and UX to keep the experience fresh and functional.
  • Implement updates for new arrivals, promotions, and seasonal moments — always reflecting the relaxed optimism of Zimi.
  • Monitor sales, conversion rates, and trading KPIs to continually improve the customer journey.
  • Perform competitor reviews to keep our digital boutique best-in-class.

Cross-Team Collaboration

  • Partner with Customer Service to identify opportunities to improve the product experience.
  • Work with Marketing and CRM to ensure data accuracy, segmentation, and loyalty initiatives are supported.
  • Provide insights and reporting to the Head of Ecommerce on product, category, and site performance.
  • Support the Social team with gifting coordination and affiliate outreach when needed.

Continuous Improvement & Innovation

  • Champion best-practice site presentation and merchandising across global regions.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve operational efficiency.
  • Bring curiosity and creativity to every project - because even the most technical tasks can carry a touch of Zimi energy.

Who You Are

  • 3+ years’ experience in ecommerce, product management, or digital merchandising within fashion, lifestyle, or DTC brands.
    Confident across Shopify Plus and comfortable in systems like Airtable and Indigo 8. 
  • Exceptionally organised with an eye for detail and design. Analytical by nature - you know your way around numbers but also appreciate the story they tell. Collaborative, resourceful, and calm under pressure (even during a launch rush). You care greatly about doing the best job that you can and thrive on contributing to team success
  • Passionate about creating a digital shopping experience that feels as joyful as slipping on your favourite Zimi dress.
