About the Role

As our Office Manager, you’ll be the heartbeat of Mister Zimi, keeping our operations running smoothly and supporting the team to do their best work every day. Reporting directly to the founders, this role offers incredible exposure across all areas of the business, from logistics and finance to people, production, and marketing.

No two days will look the same. You’ll manage the details that make a big difference, coordinating travel, managing expenses, supporting HR processes, and keeping our office humming. You’ll also play a hands-on role in helping our teams bring collections to life, supporting photoshoots, sample management, and events.

This is a role for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys variety, and takes pride in making things happen. You’ll bring organisation, initiative, and positivity to every task — helping keep Mister Zimi running efficiently, collaboratively, and with our signature Everyday Holiday spirit.

 

Role Purpose

The Office Manager plays a key role in driving the critical administrative tasks that keep the business running effectively and efficiently. Reporting directly to the founders, you will be exposed to all facets of the business, with the role varying from day to day and week to week.

 

Responsibilities 

  • Manage calendars of founders
  • Assist with personal admin tasks as required
  • Coordinate founder and team travel (domestic and international)
  • Organise home office deliveries/pickups as needed
  • Manage company credit cards, Airwallex, and ApprovalMax expenses
  • Assist with business and personal insurance requirements
  • Support HR with onboarding and staff exit processes
  • Organise team events and workshops
  • Oversee general office management and maintenance
  • Order and maintain office and kitchen supplies
  • Handle mail, deliveries, and courier bookings
  • Act as point of contact for business accounts (e.g., Telstra, Superloop, Exetel)
  • Work with the Carbon Reduction Institute on data collection and reporting
  • Assist the Marketing team with sample management for photoshoots and influencer gifting 
  • Assist the Production team:
    • Maintain Production Sample Library
    • Coordinate samples and deliveries
    • Manage product development returns
    • Assist with product logistics as needed
