We want you to absolutely love your new Zimi! Below are some tips and tricks around how to care for your new styles and make them last forever.
Viscose is a semi synthetic fabric that breathes and behaves like silk but is considerably more durable and easier to care for.
We use a high quality viscose that may temporarily contract when washed. Ironing or steaming will return your garment to its original size and shape.
A gentle machine or hand wash in cold water are the best options. Remove promptly from the machine or water, being careful not to wring or twist the garment. Avoid soaking in harsh detergents containing stain removers.
After washing we recommend using a garment steamer or warm iron to return your garment back to it's original size and shape.
Avoid dry cleaning as steam pressing will temporarily flatten the texture of the fabric, changing the garments shape.
If this occurs, simply wash the garment again and the texture will return. Please do not tumble dry.

Cold machine wash with like colours or hand wash separately. Our dark denim is designed to fade, please take care with light coloured clothing and upholstery as colour may transfer.
Please keep away from abrasive surfaces. Superficial scratches can be rubbed off with a soft cloth. Use caution when using waterproof sprays and leather protectors as they may change the colour of the item or strip the leather of it's natural oils. We recommend testing any product in a small area first.
Suedes can be cleaned with a dry cloth or suede brush.
We do not consider slight irregularities, colour variations and/or imperfections in our leathers as a fault, but see them as adding character to the garment.
