Reserve In Store
Reserve the items you love online and they’ll be waiting for you to try on or pick up in-store.
No pre-payment needed. Items can be reserved for up to 2 days.
STEP 1: Find the piece you love, then select the 'Find And Reserve In-Store' option on the product page (beneath ‘Add to Bag’).
STEP 2: Choose the store location and pick-up time that suits you.
STEP 3: We’ll send you an email & SMS notification to confirm availability and your pick-up time.
STEP 4: Visit us in-store to try on, pay and collect your new Zimi items.
Our Reserve In-Store feature allows you to place a hold on an item you’re viewing online, so that you can book a time to view it in person at your local store. No pre-payment required.

No, not all sizes and styles are available in-store. You can view in-store stock availability once you've selected FIND IN-STORE on the product page.
After you receive confirmation you can head in-store during your designated time frame, notify a
sales assistant that you've reserved an item online, and provide your name.

Enjoy the luxury of shopping online with the boutique feel of in-store service.
Select Click and Collect as your delivery method during checkout, and we’ll have your order ready to pick up at your nominated store within 3 hours.
STEP 1: Select "Click & Collect" from your chosen Mister Zimi boutique during checkout.

* Eligible for orders placed at least 3 hours before the Boutique closes. Please note orders placed overnight will be ready within 3 hours of the Boutique opening.

Yes, but they must bring proof of purchase and valid photo ID. Only the person listed on the order can collect.
Collect from the store you selected during checkout. We’ll confirm the location in your order email. Please note, store location cannot be changed after your order is confirmed.

Not all items are available at every location. If an item is unavailable, consider choosing a different store or opt for standard shipping. Enjoy free express shipping on domestic orders over $150. For international shipping and free shipping please refer to our shipping policy.

Yes! There is no pick-up fee for Click & Collect orders or minimum spend.
Same Day Delivery
We have partnered with Rendr to offer Australian customers in certain metro areas a same day delivery service. To find out if you qualify, see below. You must select 'Same Day Shipping' (order by 11AM), or 'Same Day Express Shipping' (order by 3:30pm) at checkout to receive this service.
- Orders are generally delivered within 3hrs of confirmation.
- You must be available to receive and sign for your delivery, otherwise it will be returned to us.
