HOLIDAY SEASON EXTENDED RETURNS
For the 2024 holiday season, eligible items purchased between 12 November and 31 December 2024 can be returned until 31 January 2025.
STANDARD RETURNS POLICY
We want you to love every single Mister Zimi piece, so if your new purchase isn't quite right we offer the below flexible returns policy:
- Full-price items can be returned for a refund, exchange or store credit
- Full-price items on Promotion can be returned for a refund, exchange or store credit
- Sale items can be returned for an exchange or store credit only, unless otherwise noted on the product page
- Return requests must be lodged within 15 days of receiving your order
- We offer flat-rate return costs within Australia ($10 AUD), New Zealand ($14NZD) and the United States ($10USD)
- You can also return online orders to any of our Australian stores in person

All purchases made between 12 November and 31 December 2024 are available for a refund, exchange or store credit. Product must be returned by 31 January 2025.
Sale - Already Reduced Styles
All purchases made between 12 November and 31 December 2024 are available for an exchange or store credit. Product must be returned by 31 January 2025.
End Of Season/Past Season Sale items and items purchased under a promotion can be returned for a store credit or exchange only, subject to the conditions below. Mister Zimi reserves the right to deny a change of mind return if it does not meet the following conditions:
You must provide valid proof of purchase (e.g. a receipt or credit or debit card statement)
Your return is initiated within 15 days of you receiving your online order, or 15 days after purchase for in-store purchases
Return authorisation has been approved via the online returns portal
Your return is sent back within 10 days of being approved by Mister Zimi
Item(s) are in original condition (unworn and unwashed with all tags attached)
Swimwear must be tried on with underwear and returned with the adhesive strip in place. In the interests of hygiene, returns may not be accepted if this strip has been removed or where it is obvious the items have been worn and may be sent back to the customer
Zimi Eyewear must be returned in new and unused condition with all protective and product packaging intact, such as sunglass pouch and box.
For the return of orders placed outside of these dates or from other countries, the shipping cost to return item(s) is payable by you
Please note: Refundid Instant Refunds are not available on orders that contain Sale Items.

- For all approved faulty returns within New Zealand, we will waive the return shipping fee
- Once your return has been lodged, please use the return shipping label provided to return your item/s to our New Zealand Returns Hub
- Please submit your return request via our Returns Portal and follow the prompts
- Return shipping cost to our warehouse in Melbourne, Australia (address below) is to be paid by the customer
- If your product is faulty, please contact us at online@misterzimi.com and we will work with you directly to resolve this for
- Please ensure you use a protective bag and a registered/traceable form of postage as Mister Zimi will not be responsible for goods that are damaged or lost in transit from you to us

We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused by receiving a faulty garment. Please contact our Customer Care team online@misterzimi.com with your order number and images of the fault and we will work with you to resolve it as soon as possible
For all returns of faulty products, you must provide a valid proof of purchase (e.g. a receipt or credit or debit card statement)
If your product is faulty, you can return it to us and choose to receive either a refund or a replacement
Please note that items which are damaged or as a result of normal wear and tear; by accident; failure to use in accordance with care instructions; or through misuse will not be considered faulty
Mister Zimi's faulty product return policy only covers products for two years

We allow returns or exchanges on in-store orders within 15 days of your purchase. Items must be returned in their original condition and with tags attached.
We are excited to be able to offer in-store returns for online orders again! Head to one of our Boutiques and they’ll take care of the rest.
You sure can! Our credits are accepted both online and in store and are valid for 3 years from the date of issue.
We do require proof of purchase for any return. If you are having trouble locating your online order or in-store receipt please contact our Customer Service team online@misterzimi.com
AfterPay purchases can be returned for a full refund, providing your purchase meets our returns policy. Please note, any in-store AfterPay purchases must be returned in-store to obtain a refund.
If your gifted Zimi is not quite right for you, you can submit a gift return for a credit or exchange here. Our Customer Service team will get back to you with your return
When returning your order, Australian customers have the option to use our "SHOP NOW" feature which allows you to spend your available credit from your return instantly! If you chose something of greater value, $10 will be deducted from your exchange order total.
Our Returns Portal does not accept gift cards or discount codes when exchanging your Zimi.
Instant Exchanges are available for customers shopping from Australia, New Zealand and USA. This return process enables your exchange order to ship straight away, without waiting for your return to be received first. To process an Instant Exchange you will need to select 'Refunds & Exchanges' at the beginning of the return process.
Please note customers within Australia can receive an instant exchange on any style. For New Zealand & USA customers Instant Exchanges are only available for those looking to swap the size of the same item.
