Customer Service at Mister Zimi is generally email based. Please allow up to 1 business day for your email to be addressed, during launch and sale times it may take us around 2 business days to get back to you.
We are not available on the weekends or Public Holidays
SHIPPING & ORDER PROCESSING
You will receive an automated email confirmation after your order has been submitted. Please ensure that your email address has been entered correctly. If this is not received within 5 minutes, please check your junk/spam folder.
When your item is marked as shipped, you can expect delivery within 1-3 business days (within Australia). If your automated shipping notification is sent after 2PM AEST it will not be dispatched until the following business day. Tracking details may need sometime to become active. Please check later in the afternoon for updated details.
We offer FREE worldwide shipping for all orders over $95.
A flat rate of AUD $10 for deliveries within Australia and AUD $20 for international deliveries will be applied at checkout for orders under $95AUD
We ship all orders from our base in Melbourne and can ship to virtually any address in the world. Orders within Australia are sent via StarTrack Express and international orders via DHL Express. We allow for a 2 to 7 business day delivery period once an order is placed. Please note that during sale periods and with a new collection launch, there may be some delays.
We use StarTrack and DHL as reputable shipping agencies and all items will be fully traceable once shipped.
Parcels within Australia will be marked authority to leave unless the shipping address is a unit or apartment block. If you require a signature upon delivery please contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
International shipments will require a signature upon delivery. If you wish to change this, please contact DHL directly (please note that we will not take responsibility for lost parcels).
Please note that we cannot ship or process orders on weekends or Public Holidays.
If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered, but you have not received it, please contact us at email@example.com and we will investigate this for you. Please note that it can take a few days to resolve so please bear with us.
MODIFICATIONS/CANCELLATIONS OF YOUR ORDER
If you wish to modify your order after it has been submitted, please email firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible. We will make every effort to accommodate your request.
If you have received an incorrect item or your item/s arrive damaged, please email us as soon as possible at email@example.com to let us know. We ask that you include in your email photos of the incorrect/damaged merchandise for our reference along with a photo of the packing slip if possible.
We will take responsibility for the shipping costs of returning incorrect or damaged items.
Mister Zimi accepts the following payment methods:
- Credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express
- Credit note
- Gift cards purchased from Mister Zimi
Mister Zimi does not accept cheques, cash, money orders, or orders taken over the phone. Only one method of payment can be accepted per order, with the exception of credit notes and gift cards.
AFTER PAY T&C’s
AfterPay allows you to complete (and receive!) your purchase now and make equal fortnightly payments directly to AfterPay.
Purchases can be made using AfterPay for values up to $1,200.
AfterPay customers must; be over 18 years of age, have an Australian residential address and have a debit or credit card.

You should be aware that all countries have different laws regarding the importation of certain products and any orders designated for shipment to countries outside of Australia may be subject to import fees of which we have no control and are unable to provide estimates of as they differ widely from country to country.
We do not take any responsibility for the payment of import fees, taxes or other associated import costs. These costs are the responsibility of the recipient.
Understanding the import restrictions and the payment of any associated costs in your local area is considered the responsibility of the purchaser. We recommend you contact your local Customs office for current charges before placing your order or visiting a duty calculation website such as www.dutycalculator.com.
Most countries have a value threshold on imports before they start charging duty, for example the Australian Government charges duty, GST and various administration fees on all imports valued over AUD$1,000.
Below are some value thresholds for other destinations. Please note that these values are provided in US dollars and were valid as of May 2015. These values are always subject to change and should be checked before placing an order:
- USA: US$ 800
- UK & Europe: US$ 30
- NZ: US$ 280
- Singapore: US$ 240
If we believe your order may be subject to possible duties and taxes, we will do our best to contact you via email prior to shipping to confirm you can accept any duties and taxes charges upon arrival.
Extended Christmas Returns
Orders placed before December 31 will have until January 14 to initiate a return. Items returned during the extended returns period, i.e. beyond the standard 10 day return window, are only valid for exchanges and credit notes. Excludes faulty items.
We want you to be happy with your purchase, if for some reason your purchase is not quite right, we’ll happily provide a refund back to your original method of payment or process an exchange for any other item (subject to availability) provided the conditions;
- Your item/s are returned within 10 working days of receiving your order, unless faulty
- Item/s are returned in original condition (unworn and unwashed, in new condition with all tags attached)
- Swimwear items require attached hygiene protector strip
- Accompanied with proof of purchase
- Return authorisation has been approved via email
- Your return is accompanied by a return form (sent with your original order) – this form can be downloaded here
- This returns policy also applies to Promotional and Flash Sale Merchandise
- Strictly no returns or exchanges on past season stock or warehouse sale items unless faulty
You will be required to email firstname.lastname@example.org prior to sending your item/s back for a Returns Authorisation.
All online orders must be returned to the online store for refund or exchange.
Mister Zimi reserves the right to deny a return if the merchandise does not meet the conditions above.
HOW TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE
- Contact us at email@example.com to authorise your return.
- Complete the return form that has been sent with your order.
- Send the return form, your original order and your proof of purchase back to us.

Please ensure you use a protective bag and a registered/traceable form of postage as Mister Zimi will not be responsible for goods that are damaged or lost on return.
HOW TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE
If you require your exchange to be processed quickly or your preferred item is low in stock we recommend purchasing the print/style/size you require ASAP and send back your unsuitable item for a refund to avoid disappointment. *Please note this is only applicable for full priced items.
Unfortunately, we are unable to hold items for online exchanges.
Once we receive your returned item/s we will either;
- Process a refund back to your original method of payment
- Place an exchange order for the item/s you are after (subject to availability)
If your exchange order is greater than your returned item we will email you a link to complete payment for the balance.
If your exchange order is less than your returned item, a refund will be processed for the difference back to your original method of payment.
If we find that the replacement item/s you are after are no longer in stock when your return is received, we do apologise! We will process a refund and hopefully you can find something else from the collection that you love!!
*We aim to process all returns within 5 working days of receipt however, during busy periods it may take up to 7 working days*
- Refunds to credit/debit cards can take 3-5 business days to appear on your bank statement, dependent on your banks practices
- PayPal refunds will be deposited back to the original PayPal account and an email notification will be sent as confirmation
- If you have paid via AfterPay, we will cancel any future installments owing and AftePay will then refund any installments already paid. This can take 3-5 working days to be processed
