For the 2025 holiday season, eligible items purchased between 12 For the 2025 holiday season, eligible items purchased between 12 November and 31 December 2025 can be returned until January 31st for exchange or store credit. Items purchased during our Black Friday promotion are not eligible for extended returns.
At first I bought the size 12 and had to return it for a10 which fits much better. The after sales service peeps were amazing and guided me through the process as it was a sale item and how to return it for store credit or in my case purchase the 10. I’d highly recommend the after sales team.
Absolutely love this dress, I bought it for my birthday party and had SO many comments - it was a reasonable cool day yet I still felt warm - perfect for Melbourne spring season
