Depending on the availability and location of products, different options will be available for you to choose from before you make your purchase.

Reserve the items you love online and they’ll be waiting for you to try on or pick up in-store.
No pre-payment needed. Items can be reserved for up to 2 days.
STEP 1: Find the piece you love, then select the 'Find And Reserve In-Store' option on the product page (beneath ‘Add to Bag’).
STEP 2: Choose the store location and pick-up time that suits you.
STEP 3: We’ll send you an email & SMS notification to confirm availability and your pick-up time.
STEP 4: Visit us in-store to try on, pay and collect your new Zimi items.
Our Reserve In-Store feature allows you to place a hold on an item you’re viewing online, so that you can book a time to view it in person at your local store. No pre-payment required.

This feature is only available for items we have in stock.
No, not all sizes and styles are available in-store. You can view in-store stock availability once you've selected FIND IN-STORE on the product page.
After you receive confirmation you can head in-store during your designated time frame, notify a
sales assistant that you've reserved an item online, and provide your name.

Select Click and Collect as your delivery method during checkout, and we’ll have your order ready to pick up at your nominated store within 3 hours.
STEP 1: Select "Click & Collect" from your chosen Mister Zimi boutique during checkout.
STEP 2: Confirm and pay for your order online

* Eligible for orders placed at least 3 hours before the Boutique closes. Please note orders placed overnight will be ready within 3 hours of the Boutique opening.

Yes, but they must bring proof of purchase and valid photo ID. Only the person listed on the order can collect.
